Viber is the messaging-service entry with code vi. Select it by both name and code, then compare only the countries connected to that entry. A generic SMS offer is not necessarily the same service.
A temporary number is especially different from long-term control of a messaging identity. Later access to the same number is not included in a short activation session. Do not use this offer where you need to retain that number indefinitely.
