What to check when an SMS code does not arrive

Check the service, country, expiry and external platform response before contacting Grand SMS support.

Check the exact catalog entry

Similar names can represent different products. Google and GoogleVoice, TikTok and ads.tiktok, or Yandex and yandex.taxi have distinct catalog entries. Compare the code you selected with the intended task.

Check the session and the external response

A new session lasts 20 minutes. Read its recorded expiry rather than assuming every saved session uses the newest duration. If the external service refuses a number, follow its rules; do not bypass its restrictions.

What support needs

Keep the original activation and error evidence. Share its ID and time with support, not the SMS code itself. Viewing a help page never cancels or repeats a number request.

Choose a service with clear conditions

Browse the real directory, compare connected countries, and read how rewards and holds work before requesting a number.

If the SMS does not arrive

Check the selected service, country and remaining session time. A successful number request does not guarantee that the external service will send an SMS. Contact support with the activation ID and time, never a full SMS code or password.
