Check the exact service, country and session expiry in your account. A supplied number and an accepted HTTP request are not proof that the external service sent an SMS.

Contact support safely

Use @Smscashorg_bot or support@smscash.org. Provide the activation ID, approximate time and a description. Do not send a complete SMS code, password, API key or private wallet key.

If the SMS does not arrive

Check the selected service, country and remaining session time. A successful number request does not guarantee that the external service will send an SMS. Contact support with the activation ID and time, never a full SMS code or password.
